Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a health program to fit your unique needs and personal goals.

Targeted

We all have different areas of health we want to improve, different levels of wellness we want to achieve. I’ll work closely with you to help you identify the root causes of your health issues and overcome them.

Integrative

Your health journey is more than just diet ( calories in) and exercise (calories out), which is why throughout our sessions we will tackle other important areas of your life, including spirituality, relationships, career, joy, stress, sleep… I will share with you an array of “tools” for you to see for yourself the impact they can have on your life.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?

  • 3-month program = 6 sessions

  • Sessions every other week (twice a month)

  • On zoom (or in person if you live in Miami)

I am a firm believer in “small steps” for sustainable healthy lifestyles changes.

Having two weeks between our sessions- with a mid session feedback opportunity- leaves my clients enough time to fully integrate each session’s learnings, experiment with their “challenges” and start seeing results.

But before we talk about my fees, I like to hear your story, understand your unique health struggles, tell you how I work with my clients, how this would look for you, based on your lifestyle and current eating habits and then let you decide if you’re ready to commit to this life-changing coaching adventure.

DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO 3 MONTHs?

The reason I offer this personalised 3-month program, extendable to 6-months, is that I know too well that it takes time for new habits to form and new behaviours to last. I believe in the power of taking baby steps to truly transform one’s health, and the coaching support I offer across the 3 months has proven to be invaluable throughout my clients’ healing journey.

That being said, I offer everyone the possibility to “opt out” after the first session, if for any reason they realise this won’t benefit them. No hard feelings! Most of my clients extend their 3-month program to a 6-month coaching period to truly yield lasting benefits!
